The Sixteenth Street Neighborhood Association (SSNA) is bringing the whole neighborhood together for a massive community yard sale! We are gathering on the spacious grounds of the Simpson-Hamline UMC for a day of bargains, treats, and family fun.

By bringing our neighbors together in one central lot, we’ve created a massive marketplace!

• Household Goods: Furniture, books, clothing, electronics, and kitchenware.

• Artisan & Food: Local neighbors will be selling homemade baked goods and various food items.

• Lemonade Row: Support our neighborhood kids at their independent lemonade stands!

🎈 Kids’ Zone

We want the little ones to stay engaged while you shop! Visit our dedicated Kids’ Activity Area for supervised outdoor games and creative craft stations

Don’t want the hassle of hosting a sale at your house? Join us at the church! It’s the best way to ensure high foot traffic from across the city. Reach out to ssnadc@gmail.com to reserve space for the event.

• Standard Table Space: Reserve your spot on the lawn to sell your goods.

• The "Give Back": a small fee is required to reserve a spot - this fee will go to administration costs for the event and to promote future SSNA community events. Help us keep our neighborhood vibrant!

• Youth Entrepreneurs: Spaces for kid-run lemonade or snack stands are available for free.
