Spring Fling and Egg Hunt

The Spring Fling was a success! More than 100 neighbors - adults and kids - joined us despite the drizzly start. The big kids enjoyed their egg manager role and all kids - small and big - loved finding some sweets. Adults enjoyed connecting with friends and new neighbors. Special thanks to Zeke’s for donating half the coffee and to all the many neighbors who donated candy or time stuffing eggs, cleaning the garden or help with Spring Fling set up or clean up! You are what make this neighborhood so special!

March 29: Easter Egg Stuffing

A few families gathered to stuff hundreds and hundreds of Easter eggs in advance of the Spring Fling and Egg Hunt! A huge thank you to everyone who donated candy or eggs and gave time to help stuff the eggs!

March 23 Community Clean up at Piney Spring Green

Thanks to the more than 50 neighbors who came for the clean-up event at the Piney Spring Green!! It was a delightful morning connecting with neighbors and it felt great to beautify our neighborhood green space. Special thanks for Steve at Washington Parks for bringing all the garden tools and guidance for preparing the gardens and trees.
